The dNTP Mix is an equimolar mixture of high purity dATP, dTTP, dCTP and dGTP, which can be directly used for PCR, reverse transcription (RT) and one-step RT-PCR experiment.
Storage: Store at -30 ~ -15℃ and transport at ≤0℃.
Applications: It is applicable for PCR, reverse transcription (RT) and one-step RT-PCR experiment.
Notes: For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Experiment Process:
This mix can be used directly without dilution.
For a 50 μl PCR system, it is recommended to add 1 μl of P031-01/02.
For a 20 μl RT system, it is recommended to add 1 μl of P031-01/02.
